서울에서 작업을 하고있는 이혜인은 대학에서 동양화를 전공했으며 일상 속 쉽게 지나쳐 버리기 쉽지만 잊고싶지 않은 장면을 포착하고 기억을 떠올리며
한지에 동양화 재료와 수채물감,색연필과 같은 회화 재료 또는 아이패드 드로잉으로 표현합니다.
회화작업은 일러스트, 패턴드로잉, 종이 오브제와 같이 다양한 범위의 작업으로 나타납니다.
오늘은 또 어떤 것을 그려볼까 하며 매일 다른 곳으로 산책을 하면서 작업실로 향합니다.

Hyein Lee is a Korean painting illustrator based in Seoul who majored in Korean painting for her BA. Every scene that might go unnoticed by others during their busy daily life is the most important theme for Hyein's artwork. This includes wildflowers on the road, street cats between buildings, small fruits on branches, and color variations of leaves.

After gathering inspiration from daily life, she starts creating artworks by using traditional Korean painting colors on hanji, watercolor on paper, or digital drawing on an iPad. Her drawings are expressed in diverse ways, such as illustrations, paintings, art products, hanji crafts, and pattern drawings.
